Marketing Information Checklist


  • Your Google My Business Information

    This information allows us to manage your online presence across Google, including your GMB page, search and maps.


    Option 1 - Provide us with your login


  • Option 2 - Give us access to your account

    1. Login to Google My Business.
    2. If you have multiple locations, open the location you'd like to manage.
    3. Click Users from the menu.
    4. In the top right corner, click the "Invite new managers" icon.
    5. Enter easywebcreations9999@gmail.com and invite us as Managers on the page.

  • Your Google Analytics Information

    This information allows us to connect Google Analytics to your website which analyzes the traffic to your website.
    Sometimes this is the same login as your Google account above, if so leave blank.

  • Option 2 - Give us access to your account

    1. Sign in to Google Analytics.
    2. Click "Admin" (gear shaped icon at the bottom left of the screen).
    3. In the "Account" column (far left column), click "User Management".
    4. In the Account users list, click the blue "+" icon (top right of the screen), then click "Add User".
    5. Enter the email address easywebcreations9999@gmail.com
    6. Select "Notify new users by email" to send a us a message that it was done.
    7. Check the boxes for "Edit", "Collaborate", "Read and Analyze".
    8. Click "Add".

  • Your Google Ads Information

    This information allows us to advertise on Google using clickable ads that appear in Google's search results.
    Sometimes this is the same login as your Google account above, if so leave blank.

  • Option 2 - Give us access to your account

    Our team will need your 10 digit ID number. This can be found after logging into ads.google.com. The ID will be in the top left of the screen next to the name of your account. Please email your Marketing Manager the number, then proceed with the steps below.

    • Start by signing in at Ads.Google.com
    • Click on 'Tools & Settings' which will have a "wrench" icon in the upper right hand corner.
    • Click on "Account Access" under the 'Setup' tab.
    • Once there, you will see three tabs near the top of the screen - Users, Managers, Security Settings. Click on the "Managers" tab.
    • You should see a pending request for Jimmy Marketing to manage their account. Click "approve" and after approving us, turn on the 'Administrative owner' icon.
    • You may also just see an email from Google saying there is an MCC requesting access to your account and you could approve it from that email. But best to do it through the actual account to make sure to give us "Administrative owner" control.

  • Facebook - Add Us To Your Business Manager Account

    In order to set up Facebook and/or Facebook Retargeting Ads, Jimmy Marketing needs to be added as an Admin on your Facebook page. If you provide your Facebook login, we can do this step for you… OR you can follow the short instructions below:

  • Adding Jimmy Marketing as a Page Admin
    1. Go to your practice's Facebook page.
    2. Click Settings at the top of your Page.
    3. Click Page Roles in the left column.
    4. In the "Assign a New Page Role" box - type jamesn@jimmymarketing.com
    5. Change "Editor" to "Admin" to grant the proper level of access
    6. Click Add and enter your password to confirm.
